Organization Settings
The organization settings pages let owners and admins manage members, security requirements, and org-level configuration.
Settings
Organization Name
Update the display name of your organization from Settings → Organization Settings.
Plan
Your current plan is shown alongside the org name. Upgrade from the Billing page.
Security
Require MFA
Organization owners can require all members to enroll in multi-factor authentication (TOTP) via an authenticator app.
Settings → Security → Require MFA
When enabled:
- Members who have not enrolled MFA see a warning banner on the Members page with a link to their account settings.
- Each member row on the Members page shows a shield icon indicating their MFA enrollment status.
To enroll in MFA, members go to Account Settings (top-right menu) and follow the authenticator app setup flow.
Members
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |

| Owner | Full access including billing, org deletion, ownership transfer, and security settings. Exactly one per org. |
| Admin | Manage members, projects, and all resources. Cannot delete org, transfer ownership, or change security settings. |
| Developer | Create and manage endpoints, destinations, templates, and transforms. Cannot manage members or billing. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to events, deliveries, and metrics. |
You can only invite members with a role lower than your own.
Inviting Members
- Navigate to Members.
- Click Invite.
- Enter an email address and select a role.
- Click Send Invite — a link is generated that you can share with the invitee.
Pending invitations are listed and can be cancelled before acceptance.

Removing Members
Admins and owners can remove any member with a lower role than their own. Removed members immediately lose access to all projects in the organization.
Ownership Transfer
The owner can transfer ownership to any other member from the Members page (Danger Zone). The new owner is promoted; the previous owner is demoted to admin.

Deleting an organization permanently removes it and all its projects. This action cannot be undone.
